Privacy notice

Who is responsible for your information

Bezz Diving is responsible for the personal information collected through this website (the "data controller"). You can reach us using the contact details at the end of this notice.

What we collect and why

When you contact us through this website, for example by using our contact form, we receive your name, the contact details you give us and whatever you write. We use this only to reply to you and help with your enquiry or booking.

We keep a simple count of how many people visit each page, using our own privacy-friendly counter. It does not use cookies, it does not follow you across other websites, and it does not store anything that identifies you personally, only totals, such as which pages are most popular and roughly where visitors arrived from.

When you make a booking or a payment, that happens on our separate booking site. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this website.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, so you will not see a cookie banner. Our visit counter works without cookies.

Who helps us run this website

This website, along with our booking and enquiry tools, is provided by DiveOps on our behalf. They process information only to keep the service running for us and do not use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to help you and to keep proper business records, then remove them. Visit counts are only ever totals, so there is nothing personal to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. To do any of these, just contact us using the details below. If you are in the UK or EU and are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
